Warranty and Period
Emcogroup Ltd warrants only to the original end user, that the product and parts manufactured will be free from defects in both material and workmanship. The warranty period is determined, commencing upon date of invoice to the end user. If the end user cannot provide proof of purchase, then the despatch date from Emcogroup will prevail.

Products
Product groups are clearly labelled in this catalogue as to their warranty period. LED warranty is based on an average usage of 8 hours per day.

Emcogroup Ltd Obligation Under Warranty
Emcogroups sole obligation under the warranty, shall be to repair or provide replacement product (s) during the warranty period. Emcogroup Ltd does not assume responsibility for any delays in replacement or repair of products or parts. Products or parts repaired or replaced by Emcogroup Ltd under warranty , shall be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period.

Limitations
No salesperson, representative, distributor or agent of Emcogroup Ltd, is authorised to make any guarantee, warranty or representation that contradicts the terms contained in this Limited Warranty. Any waiver, alteration, addition or modification to the warranties contained herein must be in writing, and signed by a duly authorised representative of Emcogroup Ltd to be binding and enforceable. Emcogroup Ltd do not assume responsibility for any specific application to which any products or parts of products are applied, including, but not limited to compatibility with other products. Emcogroup Ltd will not accept any responsibility, or warrant any product that has been tampered with or changed, altered or wrongly installed. All statements, technical information, or recommendations relating to the products or parts issued by Emcogroup Ltd are based upon tests believed to be reliable, but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. Emcogroup Ltd shall not under any circumstances be liable to any party for loss of profits, loss of goodwill or any other consequential , or incidental damages whatsoever, with respect to any claim in connection with any product or parts supplied by Emcogroup Ltd, or any parts used in any product or products supplied by Emcogroup Ltd.

Exclusions to the Warranty
The warranty does not cover claims on products outside Mainland UK
The limited warranty shall be null and void in the following circumstances.
Modification or repair of any product or part by the installer, end user or any non-authorised Emcogroup Ltd service provider.
Improper use or installation, failure to conduct regular maintenance or cleaning, or damage by accident or neglect, of any covered product or part by the end user or any third party.
Failure by the installer, end user, or any third party to exercise caution to protect any covered product from outside damage, adverse temperature, ( where normal operating temperature is assumed as 0-25 degrees centigrade)humidity conditions, fluctuations in the electrical systems or physical abuse, as well as any failure related to workmanship in the installation of the product or parts.
Emcogroup Ltd will not assume responsibility for corrosion, or other resulting damage to products where they are exposed in areas where chemicals or fertilizer are present, either airborne, in the soil or installed in wet cement. Products should not be installed in chemical plants or in areas with emissions of polluted air.

No other warranties, expressed or implied, are given, and Emcogroup Ltd disclaims all other warranties, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.
